The annual observance and wreath-laying ceremony at the Arthur family gravesite at the Albany Rural Cemetery will be Thursday, October 5, 2017 at 11 AM. The event is free and open to the public. There will be a military honor guard and brief speeches.
Enter the Albany Rural Cemetery entrance off Menands Road and follow the signs to the Arthur family plot. RSVP is not required.
